VLC Media Player is a free and open source media player that can also be used for playing IPTV streams. In this guide, we will show you how to set up and use VLC with your Cover IPTV subscription on your Mac to enjoy IPTV.
Step 1: Download and install VLC Media PlayerDownload and install VLC Media Player on your Mac by visiting the official VLC website. Choose the macOS version and follow the installation instructions.
Step 2: Get your M3U playlist linkSign up for an IPTV subscription at Cover IPTV. Once you sign up for a subscription, you will receive an M3U playlist link via email. Save this link for the next step.
Step 3: Configure VLC with your M3U link
Open VLC Media Player on your Mac and follow the steps below:
- Click "File" in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
- Select "Open Network Stream" from the drop-down menu.
- Paste the M3U playlist link you received from Cover TV into the “URL” field.
- Click "Open" to load the playlist into VLC.
